Dear Vincent Massey families, 

Congratulations to our volleyball teams, three of which wrapped up their seasons in the finals on Tuesday night at Ernest Manning High School. Our junior boys, senior girls, and senior boys are all divisional champions after tight three-set matches! Thank you to our coaches (both teachers and volunteers) for their time and commitment to these student athletes.  

I would like to wish everyone an enjoyable March break. We look forward to welcoming students back on Monday, March 30. Please review the following items as we look ahead to a packed April.

• March 30-April 3 Sailing Trip (Gr 8 and 9); Band Camps (Grade 7 & 8/9) 
• April 1 – School Council and Parent Association Meeting – 6:30pm in the Learning Commons 
• April 3 – School Closed (Good Friday statutory holiday) 
• April 7 – Grade 7 Outdoor Education rock climbing gym trip 
• April 9 – Music Parent Association Meeting 
• April 10 – Grade 6 student tours (9:30-11:30) and community open house (2-3:30) 
• April 14, 15, & 16 – Grade 7 trips to Royal Tyrrell Museum, detailed schedule to follow 
• April 20 – first day of Term 4 complementary classes for Grade 7 
• April 24 – PD Day, no school for students 
• April 27 – Fred Fox presentation to Grade 7s (Terry Fox Foundation) 
• April 27, 28, 29, & 30 – Grade 8 trips to Calgary Zoo, detailed schedule to follow
