We had another busy week of learning here at Vincent Massey!
Volleyball season is heading into play-offs! All 4 teams will be in action next week!
Monday March 9 @ Massey
Senior Girls play at 5:30pm against AE Cross
Junior Girls play at 7:30pm against Griffith Woods
Winners of these matches will move to the semi-finals hosted at Griffith Woods on Wednesday.
4:30- Jr. Girls - WR vs Winner of 4 vs 5
5:30 - Jr. Girls - BP vs Winner of 3 vs 6
6:30 - Sr. Girls - WDP vs Winner of 4 vs 5
7:30 - Sr. Girls - WR vs Winner of 3 vs 6
Boys semi finals are on Thursday, March 12 hosted at West Ridge.
5:30- Jr. Boys vs Pratt
7:30- Sr. Boys vs AE Cross
Finals will be at Ernest Manning on March 17th. We will send out more details once we have the finalists. Go Massey Go!
As a reminder, students are welcome to come and cheer on our teams when our school is hosting the games, without a parent or guardian. When the games are at another school, we ask a parent is present for student-spectators to watch the games.
Parent-teacher conferences will be held Thursday March 19 and Friday March 20

Bookings will open on March 12 at 4pm and closes March 18 at 4pm.
Conferences provide time and space for families to have personalized conversations with teachers specific to their child’s progress and achievement in relation to the intended learning goals. During these conferences, teachers share evidence of individual student progress and achievement (e.g., student work assessed against established criteria, student reflections) with families. These conferences are the main opportunity to meet with your childs teachers. If you have immediate questions about report cards and IPPs, please email the relevant teachers and allow a few days for a comprehensive response before trying to book a meeting outside of the conference times.
